Abstract

Abstract A rising trend in modern science is to model numerous biological phenomena, including the human brain activity processes. One of the global research fields in this area is modelling of different aspects of speech activity. Research projects in this field are numerous, but little attention is paid to creating an overall model of human speech processing. The paper proceeds with developing a comprehensive model of speech activity, which has been started in previous works by the authors and is based on numerous research results in bordering fields. Contrary to previous papers, where the general theoretical foundations for this model have been presented, this paper outlines a more formalized view on the model itself, including basic insight into formal requirements for the parts of the model. The article also proposes the core scope of specifications for creating software implementation of the natural language knowledge base. The purpose of this paper is to share the results of groundwork on the topic and to serve as a basis for further efforts, including the creation of prototype software implementation of the model.
