Abstract
脳卒中後片麻痺患者の歩行機能の改善はリハビリテーション治療の重要な目標の1つであり，歩行評価に基づいた治療や訓練を展開する必要がある．しかし，観察による歩行分析は評価者の経験などによる評価のばらつきがあるために客観的指標が求められる．麻痺側立脚期の矢状面における膝関節制御に影響する床反力作用線のモーメントアームを，傾きによる成分と足圧中心と膝関節軸との距離による成分に分けて考えることにより，膝関節制御の面から短下肢装具の効果を明確化し，歩行訓練の治療戦略を具体化することができる．今後，客観的な評価方法によって片麻痺歩行を類型化し，適切な治療方法を導くシステムの確立が望まれる．
