Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo-damole combined with clopidogrel on inflammatory response and oxidative stress in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and to analyze its efficacy and safety. Methods 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel tablets on the basis of routine treatment, and the experimental group was treated with Ginkgo-damole injection on the basis of the control group. The levels of inflammatory reaction (hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6), oxidative stress (MDA, SOD), neurological deficit score (NIHSS), and activity of daily living (BI) before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, and MDA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the SOD level was significantly higher than that in the control group; NIHSS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and BI index was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions Patients with acute cerebral infarction are accompanied by certain degree of inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress. Ginkgo-damole injection and clopidogrel can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress, improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients with acute cerebral infarction. The patients are tolerable and safe, which is better treatment option for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
