Abstract

Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy of compound embryonic bovine liver extract in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NARV).Method 58 patients with NAFLD were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.Control group was given intervention of life only,while treatment group was given the same treament plus compound embryonic bovine liver extract.The period of treatment of both groups were 3 months,hepatic function,blood lipid and serum fibrosis index were detected before and after the treatment.Results Hepatic function and blood lipid of both gzvups were improved.Treament group was improved more than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Liver fibrosis index of treatment group improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But liver fibrosis index of control group didn't improve after treaunent.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of compound embryonic bovine liver extract in tieatment of NAFLD is significant.
