Clinical observation of three kinds of methods of drugs wet dressing on the peripheral phlebitis induced by amiodarone

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effects of three kinds of methods of drugs wet dressing on the peripheral phlebitis induced by amiodarone.These included 25％ magnesium,furacilin,mixture of two drugs.Methods Totally 39 patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into three groups with named A,B,C.The patients of three groups were treated with one of three kinds of methods respectively.The recovery time and clinical effects were compared.Results The recovery time of B and C groups were shorter than A group significantly (P ＜ 0.05) ; There was no difference with recovery time between B and C group ; There was no significant difference with clinical effects among three groups.Conclusions Compared with 25％ magnesium alone,furacilin is more effective to phlebitis induced by amiodarone for the patients suffering from respiratory system disease.
