Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Cinepazide Maleate and compound danshen injection on treating slow transit constipation. Method 42 cases of slow transit constipation were selected and injected with Cinepazide Maleate once a day and for 14 days as a treatment cycle.The symptoms, impervious X-ray marker residue and adverse reactions were observed before and after the treatment. Results After 14 days, Bristol score was significantly lower after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), intestinal residue markers was significantly reduced than before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 78.25%, and there was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Cinepazide Maleate and danshen compound injection had significantly clinical effects on treating slow transit constipation by improving the intestinal microcirculation, reducing the intestinal vascular resistance, increasing blood flow, promoting intestinal peristalsis and enhancing bowel power transmission.
