Clinical observation of the curative effect to acute cerebral infarction treated by pouring the drup into oarotis and instilling Huangqi injection:report of 55 Cases

Abstract

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of the pouting the drup into carotis and Instilling Huangqi injection to acute cerebral infarction. Methods 55 cases of the treatment group were treated by Pouring XiaoShuanLing powder injection and DengZhanHua injection into carotis,and instilling Huangqi injection. 49 cases of the contrast group were treated by instilling Dextran 40 Glusose injection and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection.At the beginning and end of therapy,it must be needed to observe the score of clinical nurve function insufficiance and blood fluid mechanics. Results The total ratio of efficiency to raise the score of clinical nurve function insufficiance:the treatment group is 90.91%,and the contrast group is 71.43%.And the treatment group's effect is evidently better eliminate the stagnant and activate the blood,and that could raise local drup density level,increased cerebral blood circulation and better the blood-supplied state of the semi-anemia area.Therefor,it made it possible to promote the clinical curative effect.
