Abstract

Objective To research the curative effect of urinary kallidinogenase on the changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection + cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection + aspirin + urinary kallidinogenase)and control group (treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection + cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection + aspirin),the changes of neural function and serum level of CRP were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate of the two groups were both significantly increased, but the treatment group was better than control group (P < 0.01) ; Serum levels of CRP were reduced, and the treatment group Was significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Urinary kallidinogenase could significantly improve symptoms and signs in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Key words: Acute cerebral infarction; Urinary kallidinogenase; C-reactive protein
