Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive for elderly patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 120 cases elderly patients with urinary calculi in our hospital were selected. Sixty cases were treated by laparoscopic minimally invasive as observation group, and 60 cases were treated with conventional open stone surgery as the control group.The patient's recovery was observed. Results The operation effect, pain medication use rate, postoperative complications in observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative recovery of the observation group was better, and the degree of satisfaction was higher(P<0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery has obvious curative effect in the treatment of elderly patients with urinary calculi. It has less damage to blood vessel and normal tissue, and the patient's recovery is good, which improves the quality of life of the patients.
