Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation. Methods In Juye people ’s hospital,from January 2010 to December 2013,100 cases of gastrointestinal tumor operation patients after operation were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group. Both groups were all given intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,50 cases in the control group were given normal care,and 50 cases in the observation group were given pertinence care,the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The perfusion related complication rate in the observation group was 12 . 00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group( 30 . 00%),there was significant difference(P﹤0. 05). The satisfaction degree of nurse care was 96% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 76 . 00%),there was significant difference( P﹤0. 05 ). Conclusions Targeted nursing interventions have certain positive role in intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation.
