Abstract

Objective. To investigate the clinical features of nonpsychotic mental disorders in demobilized participants of military action, who were treated in the Regional Psychiatric Hospital in Chernivtsi and who had not been treated before.Material and Methods. The study involved 390 participants of military action who were on diagnostic and stationary treatment during 2015-2017 years and investigate Demobilized participant of military action who live in Zastavna and Storozhynets districts. Clinico-psychopathological, epidemiological, statistical methods and modifited method of clinical interview by Aivy was used with further diagnostics according to ICD‑10.Results. Among 390 patients who were on diagnostic and treatment in Regional Psychiatric Hospital in Chernivtsi 3 groups are selected (106) patients with nonpsychotic mental disorders: acute response to stress 12% people, adaptation disorders — 40% people, and posttraumatic stress disorders — 48% people. Among 30 patients who were demobilized from military action on the East of Ukraine and who had not been treated in psychiatry, there were 8(10%) patients with adaptation disorders — 27% (8) patients, neurotic disorders — 63% (19) and posttraumatic stress disorders — 10% (3) patients.Conclusion. Psychotic disorders among demobilized participant of military action, who were diagnosed and treated in Regional Psychiatric Hospital in Chernivtsi and demobilized people who had not been treated before make a significant medico-psychological problem among Ukrainians.

Мета роботи — дослідити клінічні особливості непсихотичних психічних розладів у демобілізованих учасників бойових дій, які перебували на стаціонарному лікуванні в Чернівецькій обласній психіатричній лікарні (ЧОПЛ) та тих, які раніше не зверталися за психіатричною допомогою. Серед 390 осіб, які протягом 2015-2017 років перебували на обстеженні та лікуванні в Чернівецькій обласній психіатричній лікарні, виділені три групи (106) хворих із непсихотичними психічними розладами, а саме: з гострою реакцією на стрес (ГРС) –13 (12%)осіб, із розладами адаптації (РА) — 42 (40%) осіб та з посттравматичним стресовим розладом (ПТСР) — 51(48%) особа.
