Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating gastric ulcer with hydrotalcite and lansoprazole.Methods 198 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group (n=105)and control group (n=93).Two groups underwent firstly the eradication of helicobacter pylori and eradication triple therapy.From the second week,patients in the treatment group were treated with lansoprazole combined with hydrotalcite while patients in the control group were treated with lansoprazole only.The therapeutic course was 8 weeks.Results The cured rate and the total effective rate in treatment group were 61.91% and 93.33%VS 33.33% and 74.19% in the control group.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).No obvious side effects occurred.Conclusion Treating gastric ulcer with lansoprazole and hydrotalcite has better effect than that with lansoprazole only.
