Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with SOX regimen on advanced gastric cancer.Methods Fifty-seven patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,29 patients in treatment group were treated with Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with SOX regimen,28 patients in control group were treated with SOX regimen,the clinical effects were evaluated after two cycles of treatments.Results The effective rate was 55.0％ in treatment group and 46.3％ in control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05) ; Improvement rate of KPS scores in treatment group was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with SOX regimen for patients with advanced gastric cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the process of treatment,and improve the patient's quality of life.
