Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effects of 2% lidocaine and dexamethasone treatment of tissue damage caused by extravasation of sodium bicarbonate,and to find the best treatment method.Methods A total of 25 patients with tissue damage caused by extravasation of sodium bicarbonate were randomly divided into two groups:observation group ( 13 cases) and control group ( 12 cases).50% magnesium sulfate was used in the control group and 2% lidocaine combined with dexamethasone was used in the observation group.The changes of tissue damage were observed.Results The improvement of tissue damage in observed group was better than that in control group,and there were significant differences between them ( P < 0.05).Conclusions 2% lidocaine and dexamethasone are an effective and convenient method which can accelerate the cure of tissue damage caused by extravasation of sodium bicarbonate.
