Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery for ectopic pregnancy on ectopic pregnancy patients and the effect on postoperative pregnancy rate. Methods Seventy-six cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Zhanjiang from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected. According to random number table method, the patients were divided into study group and control group, 38 cases in each group. Control group was treated with traditional open surgery, and study group was treated with minimally invasive surgery , compared the operation status and the second pregnancy of the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss and recurrent ectopic pregnancy rate in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. The operation time, anal exhaust time, ambulation time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive surgery can effectively shorten the operation time of ectopic pregnancy and reduce the incidence of recurrent ectopic pregnancy.
