Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease in emergency tachyarrhythmia .Methods 156 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with tachyarrhythmias were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,78 cases in each group .The treatment group was given amiodarone, the control group was given conventional therapy .The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate, incidence rate of side effects in treatment group were 88.4%,3.8%,those in the control group were 71.8%,14.1%.The differences between the two groups were significant (χ2 =18.33, 13.91,P〈0.05).In the treatment group,36 cases had atrial fibrillation, cardioversion 34 patients, the cardioversion rate was 94.4%,followed by premature ventricular contractions (90.6%).Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of coronary artery disease emergency tachyarrhythmia is safe and effective ,has fewer adverse reactions ,the best results for atrial fibrillation and ventricular premature beats ,it is worthy of clinical use . Key words: Amiodarone; Tachycardia; Coronary disease
