Clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis on 121 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic and therapeutic measures of the hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods The main clinical manifestation of 121 hand-foot-mouth disease cases were retrospective analyzed.We compared the differences of general condition between the normal children and the children with severe diseases.Results Compared with the normal children,the children with severe diseases showed temperature increasing,routine blood abnormal,neuropsychiatfic symptoms combining with malnutrition,anemia and capillary bronchitis history (P＜ 0.05).All of 121 cases were recovered without any death case or severe sequelae.Conclusion The early diagnosis is important and should be paid attention to in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.It' s suggested that the children with severe diseases shold be hospitalized and accepted treatment as early as possible,and given supportive care and symptomatic treatment.
