Abstract
Recently, the incidence of pediatric inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is increasing.The diagnosis and treatment of IBD were focused by pediatric clinicians.The clinical features and treatment of pediatric IBD are different, because of the growth and development.Growth deficiency and delayed puberty are unique symptoms.Children with IBD were treated with exclusive enteral nutrition as the first line treatment.The better treatment was formulated in accordance with the clinical features and nutritional therapy of pediatric IBD.
