Abstract
The article is devoted to the features of anamnesis, clinic and data of electroencephalography and magnetic resonance imaging of the brain of children with mixed specific disorders of mental development. A clinical analysis of 95 children with a tempo delay of development and a diagnosis of mixed specific mental development disorders was performed. Comparative analysis of EEG parameters revealed a number of indicators (benign epileptiform discharges of childhood, delta waves, etc.), necessary for early diagnosis of mixed specific mental development disorders.

Summary
Проведен клинический анализ историй болезни 95 детей. Контрольную группу (No 1) составили 50 детей (27 мальчиков и 23 девочки) с темповой задержкой развития. В опытную группу (No 2) включены 45 детей (32 мальчика и 13 девочек) с диагнозом смешанные специфические расстройства психического развития. Возраст варьировал от 3 до 9 лет. Проанализированы данные анамнеза, электроэнцефалографии (ЭЭГ) и магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ) головного мозга. Визуальным и количественным методом проведена оценка отдельных параметров ЭЭГ, которые позволяют определить биологическую активность головного мозга, выявить очаги повышенной активности. Статистическую значимость различий параметров ЭЭГ оценивали с помощью точного критерия Фишера с уровнем достоверности p ≤ 0,01 и p ≤ 0,05. Статистический анализ полученных данных выполняли с использованием пакета программ MicrosoftExel (2010), STATISTICA 7.0
