Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of restricted fluid resuscitation in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock. Methods 52 cases of hemorrhagic shock in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional liquid resuscitation, while the observation group was treated with restricted fluid resuscitation. The efficacy of treatment was evaluated by observing patients' platelet (PLT),hemoglobin (HGB).hematocrit (HCT),prothrombin time (PT).Results The mortality rate in observation group was 11.5%,while the mortality rate in control group was 30.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).HBG,PLT,PT,HCT and other indicators in observation group were better than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions Restricted fluid resuscitation is effective in hemorrhagic shock. It can improve and maintain important organization organ perfusion, reduce mortality rate, worthy of clinical application. Key words: Conventional liquid resuscitation; Restricted fluid resuscitation; Hemorrhagic shock
