Abstract
Objective To study the pathogenic classification and clinical characteristics of patients with liver cirrhosis and SBP, we use the prevention nursing to increase the rescue achievement ratio and decrease the mortality. Methods The data of 53 cases with liver cirrhosis and SBP were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 53 cases, 33 cases with ascites having the positive bacteria culture(62.3%), there are 33 strains, including 11 varietas of bacterium. Most of them are Gram-Negative bacillus, 16 of them are Bacillus coli, it is the major pathogenic bacterium (48.5%); Drug sensitivity test show that they are sensitive to the third generation cephalosporin and third generation quinolone.Conclusions Gram-Negative bacillus is the major pathogenic bacterium in patients with liver cirrhosis and SBP, special of bacillus coli, the first choice is the third generation cephalosporin and third generation quinolone, It is important that early diagnose of atypical SBP, actively preventing infection, diet nursing and mental nursing.
