Abstract
The global phenomenon Climate Change is researched and analyzed to provide estimates about the future climatic system events. This analysis is based on elaborate estimated projections, based on scenarios developed at various research institutions and universities globally, for the future climatic systems. The National Climate Change Policy (NCCP) for Pakistan is part of this international process to prepare for the impending climate change events. The Punjab province along with all other provinces of Pakistan will need to prepare for climate change according to the NCCP suggestions and guidelines. Action Plans for Energy Security for the Punjab Province are presented here.
