Abstract
The classical boundary value problem that emerges in the description of the n-particle instanton-induced scattering at energy E in the limit g 2→0, g 2 n, g 2 E fixed, is formulated. Its solution is found in the low energy limit in the (1+1)- dimensional abelian Higgs model: some features of this solution, including the structure of singularities in the euclidean time axis, are expected to be generic.
