Abstract

Higher education institutions encourage complementary alternatives with events that articulate academic learning with the reality of the labor market. Given the relevance of these events to the internal and external community, as integrators of the teaching-learning process, the objective of this work is to address the “Cycle of Lectures on Animal Science” created by the Postgraduate Program in Animal Science, a Veterinary Medicine course and Professional Improvement Program in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Franca. It aims to improve knowledge by providing two lectures a month given by apprentices and graduate students and also, the interaction of knowledge between different areas such as veterinary, agronomy and biology.
