Abstract
CP considered a challenge for the public health system. It includes biopsychosocial factors, leads to resistance and non-adherence to treatments. Studies with scientific evidence of greater effectiveness are based on psychoeducation based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This article presents a proposal for group intervention formulated through a construct, with a methodological basis in the integrative review, articulating different scientific articles found in the Scielo, Lilacs and Google Scholar databases, between the years 2020 and 2024. The intervention considers concepts, origin, classification, processes, benefits and practices already carried out, and their applicability in CER-IV. It includes multi-professional exchange, promoting a range of strategies for empowering individuals and their active participation in their rehabilitation process. Articulated and dynamic therapeutic behaviors, with team involvement, giving users a leading role promote more effective results.
