Abstract
AbstractWe report a unilateral eyelid lesion as the sole presenting symptom of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in a 58 year old woman. The histologic evaluation of biopsy specimen from the eyelid prompted a workup for an underlying lymphoproliferative disease, leading to the diagnosis of CLL. (The J Histotechnol 14:193, 1991)
