Abstract
SUMMARYChromosomal characteristics of Hipposideros fulvus pallisidus, H. lankadiva and H. speoris (Hipposideridae: Chiroptera) are being described for the first time. The various species possess 2n = 32, FN = 60. The karyotype is almost similar in them. The autosomes and the sex chromosomes X and Y are biarmed. The relative length of the chromosomes in the species are nearly identical.
