Abstract

The article deals with the issues of the influence of choreographic art on the personality of a child of preschool age as a powerful factor in motivational development, self-realization, autonomy, organization, etc. Choreography as an effective means of education is one of the important parts of the modernization of the educational and cultural space of modern Ukraine. The peculiarities of psychomorphic and creative development of children of preschool age are analyzed. Dance is very necessary for children’s organism normal development, clear leadership of movements; it is a means of recovery, strengthening of children.For children of preschool age, there is a natural need for high motor activity. In conjunction with music, dance develops psychomotor abilities of children: a sense of rhythm, time, and muscle. Children, who have developed a variety of muscular movements, become agile, hardy, and persistent. They are more capable of harmonious development. Thanks to the search for variations of dance movement, ways of its execution, thinking, memory, imagination, will improve. During the reproduction of the movement, through the activation of psychomotor processes is the construction of the image and its reflection in the mind of the child.Each child has a type of temperament, which will necessarily affect the characteristics of choreography classes. A child of phlegmatic temperament will perform a slow motion of the dance, sanguine – faster and more lively, whereas in choleric they are sharp, impacted. Acquainted with the way children perceive and create themselves in the rhythm of the music, the teacher can determine the main directions, methods, and techniques of work. In order to learn to dance, it is not enough to know the movements and to have a sense of rhythm.Also in the article, five levels of development of the creative activity of preschool children are highlighted: high level of development of creative activity; intermediate level – above average; average; intermediate level – below average; low.
