Abstract

The effect of inequality of hologram recording and reconstruction wavelengths on the dimensions of images of microscopic particles reconstructed by using this hologram is considered within the framework of the third-order aberration theory. Recommendations on the choice of geometrical parameters of schemes for hologram recording and reconstruction providing the realization of a given accuracy of particle size measurement are given and substantiated. Limits of admissible variations of these parameters are determined.
