Abstract
Chimney endovascular aneurysm repair (ChEVAR) is able to repair a juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (JRAAA) when open or fenestrated/branched repair are not possible. For placement of the chimney graft(s) upper extremity access is necessary, however, not all patients have a suitable aortic arch anatomy for this. A successful ChEVAR is described with a single chimney graft placed from femoral access using steerable sheath technology.
