Abstract

Abstract The pure rotational Raman spectrum of C 6 1 H 3 2 H 3 has been recorded photographically at 288 K and analysed to yield values of the rotational constants B 0 and D J . In combination with the B 0 values for C 6 1 H 6 and C 6 2 H 6 the bond lengths r (C—H) and r 0 (C—;C) were calculated; r 0 (C—H) = 108.60 ± 0.04 pm; r 0 (C—C) = 139.660 ± 0.008 pm.
