Abstract
AbstractDie neuen Ana1oga(IIIa)‐(IIId) sowie (VIIIa)‐(VIIIc) der N‐Propargy1‐ 5,8‐didesazafolsäure (VIIId) werden nach den im Formelschema angegebenen Methoden synthetisiert und als Inhibitoren der L 1210‐Thymidylat‐Synthase (TS) sowie als Hemmstoffe des Wachstums von L 1210‐Zellen geprüft.
