Abstract

Abstract The metal-radical approach to the synthesis of molecular magnets is reviewed. Several examples of zero- and one-dimensional femmagnets containing manganese(?) and nitronyl nitroxides are provided, together with the characterization of their magnetic phase transitions at low temperatures.
