Abstract
AbstractAn oxidative C(sp3)—H/S—H coupling of alkanes with mercaptans employing cheap and nontoxic I2 and 2,6‐di‐tert‐butylpyridine to afford aryl alkyl sulfides in moderate to good yields is developed.
