AbstractThe lead‐free perovskite (1‐x)Bi(Zn0.5Ti0.5)O3‐xBiFeO3 (x = 0.1—0.6) is synthesized from stoichiometric mixtures of Bi2O3, ZnO, TiO2, and Fe2O3 (Au capsule, 6 GPa, 1373 K, 30 min, annealing at 673 K for 1 h).
