Abstract
AbstractArc melting of the elements followed by annealing (923 K, 10 d or 1073 K, 60 d) is used in combination with electron probe microscopy and powder XRD to evaluate the phase relations in isothermal sections of the Cu—Ge—Ti ternary system (20 and 15 three‐phase regions at 923 and 1073 K, respectively).
