AbstractMit Hilfe von H3PO4 als Ätzmittel (zwischen 140 und 170°C) werden Spannungen und chemische Heterogenitäten in dem nicht magnetischen Granatsubstrat Gd3GasOn und den magnetischen epitaktischen YGdTmGaoßFemOn‐Filmen untersucht.
