Abstract

AbstractThe reduction of complexes such as (I) by zinc dust or NaBH4 in MeOH or acetone under a CO atmosphere is an efficient method for the formation of polynuclear complexes (II)‐(IV) which is superior in yield convenience and generality to other methods and applicable for compounds (I) containing tert. phosphine ligands with a variety of alkyl or aryl groups.
