Abstract

Abstract CHASE 69000 is a high-strength copper alloy that exceeds the strength levels of phosphor bronzes and some beryllium copper alloys. It is an electronic grade of copper alloy with excellent hot and cold-working characteristics. It is available in strip form and can be joined by soldering, brazing and resistance welding. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-351.
