Abstract
The results of a statistical analysis of wall pressure fluctuations in horizontal air-water flow are given. The effect of instrument geometry on the basic characteristics of pressure fluctuations is illustrated. Several flow regime detectors are suggested based on both the amplitude and frequency domains and the results obtained are compared with previously proposed flow regime maps.
