Abstract
The reflectance characteristics of healthy and diseased tissues are determined by He-Ne laser light reflectometer at wavelength 632.8 nm. The reflectance for fibrosarcoma is maximum, for carcinoma minimum and intermediate values for muscle tissues. By combining the healthy and diseased tissues a composite model has been constructed.
