Abstract
The purpose of the study was to provide basic data for activating the supply of non-housing remodeling rental housing in the future by identifying the basic status of non-housing remodeling rental housing cases and analyzing spatial characteristics in terms of remodeling. Second, when remodeling an entire building or commercial space, it has the advantage that it can be freely configured and utilized according to the plan intention of the designer or operator, resulting in more diverse types of personal and community space. Third, Currently, it is being supplied to young single-person households, but it is also necessary to expand the supply target to newlyweds and the elderly, so that various generations can coexist together, such as in Japanese Collective House. In addition, large-scale buildings should be remodeled into local community local community spaces such as small libraries, theaters, etc. that local that local residents can use together to change the perception of rental housing and take advantage of locational advantages.
