Abstract

We have studied the Brillouin gain coefficient in piezoelectric semiconductor plasmas, taking into account the combined effect of with and without quantum as well as magnetic field effect. The origin of non linear (NL) stimulated Brillouin susceptibility (SBS) is considered in high number density of plasmas and dense electrons of any arbitrary temperature, due to the high number density and dense electrons the statistical distribution changes from classical statistics of Maxwell Boltzmann (MB) to quantum statistics of Fermi- Dirac (FD) statistical theory within the valid range of non relativistic plasma density. Analytically it is found that the Brillouin gain coefficient shows vice versa characteristics for with and without quantum effect and there is inconsiderable effect of magnetic field.
