Abstract
This article was aimed at analyzing the characteristics in sociality, hierarchy, practice and high expectation and so on of education in master of nursing specialist along with the opportunities brought by increasingly diversified health needs of the popular masses, inherent requirements of nursing education development in colleges and universities, the needs of self-improvement among nursing staff. This article also explained the inevitability of cultivation model reform in master of nursing specialist oriented by occupation demand. And accordingly, this paper put forward reform measures in making train objective clear, effectively connecting with industry training and so on.
