Abstract

With more and more perfect rental market, housing rental price has become a hot social concern. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the spatial distribution and characteristics of housing rental price.This paper makes an exploratory analysis of the spatial distribution of housing rental prices in Wuhan with the help of GIS software. And through the establishment of a characteristic price model to analyze the characteristics of housing rental prices in Wuhan. The conclusion of this paper is that the available semi-logarithmic model is suitable for analyzing the characteristics of housing rental prices in Wuhan. The spatial structure of housing rental prices in Wuhan presents a decreasing distribution trend from the center to the surroundings, decreasing from the west and south along Metro Line 2, with peaks concentrated in Hongshan District, Wuchang District and Jianghan District.
