Abstract

In the servo system, the performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is affected by the controller. Based on the software interface technology, this paper establishes a cosimulation system of PMSM finite element model and control system, and compares the operating characteristics of the motor under sine wave power supply and inverter power supply. On this basis, the loss and temperature rise of the motor under two power supply modes are calculated. Finally, the temperature rise simulation results are compared with the prototype measurements. The results show that the temperature rise calculation result of the motor when the inverter is powered in the simulation model is very close to the measured result of the prototype.
