Abstract

The Party Constitution stipulates that "state organs, the People's Liberation Army and the militia, labor unions, poor and lower-middle peasant associations, women's federations, the Communist Youth League, the Red Guards, the Little Red Guards, and other revolutionary mass organizations must all accept the centralized leadership of the Party." The basic guarantee that we can achieve even greater victory for the socialist cause lies in strengthening the centralized leadership and fully developing the leadership function of the proletarian vanguard. Every Communist Party member must reinforce the concept of the Party, consciously obeying and supporting the centralized leadership of the Party.
