Chapter 8 - A naturopathy knowledge graph and recommendation system to boost the immune system: KISS: Knowledge-based Immune System Suggestion

Abstract

Because of COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, there is a need for any complementary solutions to boost the immune system. Nowadays, healthy lifestyle, fitness, and diet habits have become central applications in our daily life. We designed a Naturopathy Knowledge Graph for a recommender system to boost the immune system (KISS: Knowledge-based Immune System Suggestion). The Naturopathy Knowledge Graph is built from more than 50 ontology-based food projects, also released as the LOV4IoT-Food ontology catalog. The naturopathy data set is referenced on the Linked Open Data (LOD) cloud.
