Abstract
This chapter discusses a systematic exposition of questions that are associated with the planning of acceptance inspection with respect to a qualitative criterion. Statistical inspection problems are related to the problems of ensuring reliability. Everything depends on the specific form of the inspection operation. If a failure can occur during the inspection operation, then statistical inspection is at the same time a control of reliability. The questions associated with problems dealing with statistical inspection during production have been considered. The concepts of regular process flow and a priori distribution of the number of defective units have been introduced. The organization of continuous sampling is an important part of the general program of organization of statistical inspection in an enterprise. The production of units is done by means of complex technological processes that involve many different operations. Many factors have an effect on the quality and reliability of finished units.
