Abstract
In daily-life applications, green composites are very important and have great environmental advantages from metals to petroleum-based products and composites. This trend is expected to continue for a long time. In addition, green and biocomposites take a significant place in our daily life. In this chapter, the introduction of new biopolymers, the implementation of interfacial properties through “ad hoc” physical/chemical processes, and the production of environmentally and economically fibers, vegetable fibers, animal fibers, fibers from waste, green composites, green thermoset composites, thermoplastic green composites, and green composites are considered to have great potential and applications when considering the utilization of waste from natural fibers. These subjects are given in detail throughout the chapter.
